Pearl has been involved in sport management for over 30 years. A graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Physical Education and is an alumni of the RDC Queens Basketball Program. Prior to joining Calgary United Soccer Association in March of 2001 she had worked at a number of different locations including Hobbema, Inuvik and Wetaskiwin. Throughout her career she has been responsible for capital facility projects, program development /delivery, community specific initiatives and multisport games. She has also been an active member of Sport Calgary; Central Alberta Rec Association; and ASRPWF Zone 4 Grant Committee.
Through her tenue with CUSA she has seen the league grow from 120 to now over 300 teams per season; survived the office fire at Broadview, two collapses of the Bubble; and the introduction of artificial turf surfaces. Calgary West Soccer Centre, Genesis Centre, Airdrie, Spray Lakes and the Annex have all been constructed and now provide increase capacity for the league play. In 2016 Pearl was the first female to be the recipient of the Alberta Soccer Association's President's Award. Outside of work she enjoys travel, gardening, photography and taking advantage of living in an active outdoor community. Pearl has previously instructed NCCP courses and coached high school basketball and community fastball.

Patti graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Physical Education and followed it up with Management Diploma from Langara College. Since then, she has completed courses and workshops in Financial Management. A native Albertan, Patti has resided in Calgary for over 20 years and has previous work experience in both public and private recreation. Her passion for sport led her to accept a position with CUSA and she has managed the daily financial operation of CUSA for 15 years. She is primarily responsible for the daily financial matters of CUSA, including invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, reporting and writing the occasional grant.
Her goal is meet all of CUSA's financial obligations, deliver exceptional member service and strive for a fun and productive work atmosphere. Life is about balance. Outside of work, Patti holds volunteer positions as Co-Founder and President of the Fairview Women's Hockey Arena Society. She enjoys playing women's hockey, golf, and cycling Calgary's pathways. Her creative side is fueled by playing outside, travel, photography and glass fusing.

Ric has been involved in playing, coaching and working within organized soccer for over 30 years. He played at a high amateur level in England and graduated from Solent University, having studied Football Studies as part of their Business School. Since arriving in Calgary in 2012, CUSA has provided an ideal platform for him to gain a diverse group of friends and acquaintances within the soccer community and he is still a well-respected player and coach within the leagues. He was delighted to be given the opportunity to bring his passion and experience to the position of Program Coordinator - Discipline in early 2016.

Adelle graduated from Mount Royal University 2010 with a Bachelor of Business and Entrepreneurship in Sport and Recreation. A born and raised Calgarian, Adelle grew up playing Ringette and Fastpitch Softball and continues to play those sports, with the addition of Badminton. Adelle has a passion for amateur sport and has held various positions on board of directors for both Ringette and Softball and is the current President of Calgary Minor Softball Association and the League Registrar for Calgary Open Ringette Association.
